Parents at Hopscotch
Being part of Hopscotch means feeling informed, supported, and connected.
We keep communication warm, clear, and consistent , so you always know how your child is doing and what’s happening next.
A Gentle Start: Settling-In, Step by Step
A calm beginning sets the foundation for a confident, happy experience.
Day 1–2 — Short Visits
You stay nearby while your child explores the space, meets teachers, and becomes familiar with the room.
Days 3–5 — Building Confidence
Gradually longer stays, with comfort items welcome. Teachers guide the rhythm and support emotional transitions.
Week 2 — Finding Their Flow
Most children settle fully within 1–2 weeks, but there’s no rush. We follow each child’s pace and keep you updated throughout.
Staying Connected: Tapestry
Tapestry is available as both an app and website, giving families seamless access to learning updates while helping educators document each child’s development, streamline planning and assessments, and manage practical essentials like attendance, invoicing and occupancy, all through one trusted, award-winning platform.
We use Tapestry to keep you part of your child’s learning experience
